CHOCOLATE CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the corn syrup and melted chocolate. Beat until blended. Sift the flour, salt and cinnamon. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dough.

Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Roll the cookie dough in granulated sugar. Place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cookies will flatten while baking. Let cool on wax paper.
