CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp. light corn syrup
4 tbsp. water
4 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, shortening, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, syrup, water and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8- 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
