MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 jar marshmallow cream
Milk chocolate frosting
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Blend sugar, butter, cocoa, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add flour, coconut and walnuts. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch pan for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

When cake is done, spread 1/2 jar of marshmallow cream on top of cake. Let cool completely, then spread with thin layer of milk chocolate frosting.
