PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix
3 eggs, divided
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Whip cream (optional)

In small mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie mix. Beat on low until mixture is crumbly. Press into bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt. Mix until blended. Pour into crust.

Sprinkle nuts evenly over the top.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes or until set. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 12-15 servings.
