FRENCH SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
Parsley

Wash scallops and pat dry. Place them in a buttered casserole. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Spread over the scallops. Melt the remaining butter, then mix in the lemon juice. Pour over the scallops. Sprinkle bread crumbs over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
