NANCI'S BANANA BREAD 
3 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add mashed bananas, beaten eggs, flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool on rack before slicing.
