CRANBERRY MEAT BALLS WITH
CABBAGE
 
2 lbs. cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. new rice
2 med. onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans jellied cranberry sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

quarter and shred cabbage and place in large pot. Slice onions over cabbage. Pour tomato sauce and cranberry sauce over cabbage; mix well. Place meatballs on top. (Meatballs consist of ground meat, salt, pepper, and rice.) Simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Serve.
