CORN DOGS 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. salad oil
12 hot dogs
Salad oil for frying

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, milk and 2 tablespoons salad oil. Beat until smooth. Dip hot dogs into batter; drain. Fry in deep oil heated to 375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
