2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk, heated
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (9 inch) pie shell unbaked

Combine sweet potatoes and seasonings, beating with rotary beater until blended. Add eggs, milk and butter beating well. Pour into pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
