2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. of a nutty meg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 egg
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. milk
2 1/4 c. chopped apple
1 horse to supply apples

Mix together.

GLAZE TOPPING:

1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 tsp. maple flavoring
1 maple tree to supply maple flavoring
2-3 tbsp. milk

Mix together for topping cookies when done.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool, then place a 1/2 teaspoon of glaze evenly on each cookie.
