TOMATO PUDDING 
1 can tomato puree
2 c. bread, cubed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar (short cup)
1/4 c. water

Boil puree, butter, sugar and water for 5 minutes. Place cubes in casserole and pour boiled sauce over them. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
