PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. bread crumbs (toasted bread)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1/8 tsp. sweet basil
4 to 6 halved chicken breasts
1 slice each Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. Ragu sauce

Mix the above ingredients in blender. Debone chicken and tenderize with meat cleaver. Dip chicken breasts in egg batter and roll in above mixture. Fry until brown in Puritan oil. Remove from frypan and put in baking dish.

Add 1 slice each of Mozzarella cheese and Monterey Jack cheese on deboned chicken breasts. Add 1 cup Ragu sauce over them (mushroom Ragu is very good, however the others are, too). Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
