3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped walnuts
Fresh fruit or berries
Whipped cream

In large bowl, beat eggs until light. Slowly beat in sugar and baking powder, continue beating for 5 minutes until light and lemon colored. Mix in nuts. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square buttered pan, smooth top evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until top feels dry. Cool. There will be a dry shell on top. Press it down making the top look crumbly. Serve with cream and fruit.
