DEVILED EGGS 
12 hard boiled eggs
1/3-1/2 c. pickled relish
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cut eggs in half. Put yolks in small bowl and mash well. Add relish, mustard and mayonnaise; blending well. Put egg yolk mixture in the center of each egg white half. Garnish with paprika for color.
