CHICKEN STUFFED SHELL SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells, cooked
3 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. finely diced green peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped toasted almonds
1 tbsp. pickle relish

Mix all above ingredients. Then make curry dressing and toss with chicken mix. Stuff shells.

CURRY DRESSING:

1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. coriander
Salt and pepper

Cover and chill.
