STUFFED ONION SALAD 
6 lg. Vidalia onions
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. deviled ham
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Peel onions and remove centers, reserving them for use in other dishes. Beat cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Blend in deviled ham, salt and pepper. Fill centers with mixture and chill until centers are firm. To serve, slice onions and serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 6-8 servings.
