HOLLY WREATHS 
30 large marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. green food coloring
3 1/2 c. cornflakes
Small red cinnamon candies for decorating

Melt marshmallows and butter over low heat in heavy saucepan. Beat slightly with wire whisk to be sure mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla and food coloring and remove from heat. Stir in cornflakes. Using a tablespoon, drop onto wax paper and using hands, mold into wreath shape (keep a damp cloth handy because this is a sticky job). Add cinnamon dots for "holly berries". Allow to dry overnight before packing in tins. Use wax paper between each layer of wreaths.
