OVERNIGHT SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, cut up (not wet) 1 lb. bacon, fried & broken up 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 onion, sliced thin 1 head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces 2 c. mayonnaise Salt & pepper to taste Prepare the night before you want to serve. Put lettuce, onion, bacon and cauliflower in large bowl in layers. On top, sprinkle rest of ingredients; cover bowl tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Stir in mayonnaise before serving. (Can add cooked, drained peas, if desired.) County Attorney |
