PASSOVER BAGELS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
2 c. Matzo meal
4 eggs
1 heaping tsp. salt
Sugar or 3 pkgs. Sweet and Low

Boil water and oil together. Add 2 cups Matzo meal. Cool 15 minutes. Add 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Grease hands and make balls, place on cookie sheet. Poke hole in center to form doughnut shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
