PARTY EGGNOG | |
1/4 c. evaporated skimmed milk 3/4 c. ice water 9 tbsp. non-fat dry milk Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Additional nutmeg Put the evaporated skim milk in a bowl and place in the freezer of your refrigerator to chill while you mix other ingredients. Put the water in a blender and start at low speed. Add the non-fat dry milk slowly; then add sweetener, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until well blended. Remove evaporated milk from freezer and beat at high speed with electric mixer or by hand until mixture stands in peaks. Slowly add mixture in blender to whipped milk and fold in gently. Pour into 4 cups, sprinkle a little nutmeg on top of each and serve at once. |
