CALZONE
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. catsup
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Thaw bread dough and let rise until doubled. (Microwave thaw) Grease 8x4 inch loaf dish. Butter frozen dough on all sides. Place in prepared dish. Microwave at 50% (medium) for 2 minutes, rotating dish after half the time. Let stand for 5 minutes. Turn dough over and microwave at 50% for 1 to 2 minutes or until soft to touch and slightly warm. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

In 2 quart casserole, crumble beef and sausage. Stir in mushrooms, green peppers, olives, onions and Italian seasoning. Cover. Microwave at high 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart. Drain; stir in catsup. Set aside.

Preheat conventional oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil baking sheet. Set aside.

Punch down dough. Divide into 4 equal pieces. Roll or stretch each piece into 8x6 inch oval. Place 1/4 of meat mixture in center of each oval.

Top with 1/4 of cheese. Fold half of dough over meat and cheese. Seal edges. Repeat with remaining dough. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush calzones with oil. Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
