ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 c. zucchini, unpeeled and grated 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 c. white flour 1 c. wheat flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. vegetable oil Sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs until foamy. Add sugar to eggs and mix. Add oil and mix. Add vanilla and zucchini and mix well. Mix with dry ingredients. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes in oiled bread pan. (Pam spray) (Scott LaPaglia - Pre-3) |
