BUTTER HORN ROLLS 
1 cake of Fleischman's yeast
1 c. warm water
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 c. sifted flour PLUS 1 c. sifted flour

Beat sugar and shortening together with electric beater. Add beaten eggs, yeast and 4 cups flour. Then add extra 1 cup flour (5 cups in all) and knead. KNEAD until soft dough has been formed. Allow to rise. Roll out thin into a 16 inch circle. Brush with melted butter. Cut in pie-shaped pieces. Roll each piece starting at broad end. Let rise again. Bake 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Delicious.
