BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 env. Knox gelatin
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans drained can fruit (Del Monte Tropical Fruit is real good)

Heat first 3 ingredients until slow boil. Cool 15 to 20 minutes. Beat in 2 cups of sour cream. Refrigerate and let set until soft Jello. Whip in 2 cups Cool Whip and vanilla. Add fruit. Let set until molded.
