PUFFED CARAMEL CORN | |
1 (8 oz.) bag puffed popcorn 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 c. butter 1/2 c. light syrup 1 tsp. baking soda Pour popcorn in roaster. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and syrup. Stir for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and stir. Pour over popcorn and bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. |
