SPINACH STUFFED TOMATOES | |
2 pkg. frozen spinach 2 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. chopped onion 6 med. tomatoes Parmesan cheese to cover top Cook spinach and drain well. Combine with cream cheese, butter and onion. Take tops off and scoop out tomatoes. Fill with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Will hold refrigerated at this point. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
