2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. heavy crream, whipped
2 (16 oz.) cans mixed fruit cocktail, drained well
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
2 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Whip heavy cream. Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour in mold or molds. Freeze firm at least 6 hours.
