2 cans pie filling (cherry, apple, strawberry; if apple add 1 tsp. cinnamon)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 sticks butter
9 x 12 inch greased pan
Cool Whip

Put in pie filler first. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of pie filling. Add walnuts. Spoon melted butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
