SPICY SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. spicy sausage meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage

Combine together, shape into 4 dozen balls. Brown in a skillet and pour off grease.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs. soy sauce

Combine above ingredients. Pour over sausage balls and simmer 30 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated.
