POTATO SALAD 
6 baking potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
8 pieces bacon, cooked
4 eggs, boiled
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Bake potatoes in oven or microwave. Cube potatoes with skins on. Cube Velveeta cheese and eggs and mix with half of the bacon. Add mayonnaise until moist. Top with the rest of the bacon, crumbled, and top with parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
