STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD 
8 oz. spinach, fresh
1/2 pt. sliced strawberries
3 med. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. toasted almonds, slivered

Arrange in bowl.

Dressing:
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix and bring to a boil. Do not boil, stir to blend and dissolve sugars. Drizzle over salad just prior to serving. Top with slivered almonds.
