STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
1 lg. container whipped topping
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
3/4 c. shredded coconut

Mix together whipped topping, dry pudding and strawberries. Stir until well blended and the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Pour into pie crust and garnish with coconut; chill 1 hour. 6 servings.
