COCONUT POUND CAKE 
2 sticks Blue Bonnet butter
1/2 c. Crisco
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour -plain White Lily
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
1 c. coconut

Mix butter and Crisco, then add sugar, add 1 egg at a time, add some milk, flour alternately. Do not add all of any ingredients at one time except butter and Crisco. Add flavorings and coconut. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
