FEAST DAY FRUIT STUFFING 
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 c. raisins
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned crouton stuffing mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. seasoned cornbread stuffing mix

In large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter. Stir in seasonings from both stuffing packages, UNDRAINED pineapple and chicken broth. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add stuffing mix and remaining ingredients. mix well. Cover, stand 7 minutes. Serve with game hens, turkey or chicken. Also with cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. Serves 10.
