RICE PUDDING 
1/3 c. rice
5 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 cans milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook rice (or use left over rice) until cooked in boiling water, do not drain. Pour in casserole dish. Add sugar, milk, nutmeg, mix well until sugar is dissolved. Then put in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring for the first hour. Then add raisins. Bake in oven at 300 degrees. Cook until brown.
