EASY OMELET STRATA 
16 slices bread (with crusts removed)
8 slices thin ham or cooked bacon
8 slices Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
8 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
1 c. corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter

Line 9x13x2 inch pan with 8 slices bread. Add layer of ham and cheese. Top with remaining 8 slices bread. Beat eggs and milk; add mustard and salt. Pour egg mixture over and around bread. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. Add corn flake crumbs mixed with butter to top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
