SPAGHETTI DESIGN
2 lbs. spaghetti, cooked
Rubbing alcohol (this prevents spaghetti from sticking together)
Tempera or food coloring
Bowls
Spoons
Matt board, cardboard, or paper plates

Cook spaghetti; drain. add alcohol (1/4 cup) and stir. Put some spaghetti into 3 or 4 bowls and add a few drops of food coloring. Stir. This will color the noodles. They can then be stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Give each child a piece of cardboard, matt board, or paper plate. Let each child plop spaghetti onto matt board to create a design. Spaghetti will stick because of the starch in it. No need for glue.
