CHIPPED BEEF & ARTICHOKES 
3 tbsp. butter
1 jar or pkg. chipped beef
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Pepper to taste
3/4 carton sour cream
1 can artichoke hearts

Prepare chipped beef with flour, milk, butter and pepper. Add sour cream and artichoke hearts. Heat until hot, do not boil. Serve over toast.
