CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan.

1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. oats

Add milk to dry ingredients. Stir well, cook on medium high heat to a boil. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes, hard boil, until ball forms when dropped in a small amount of cold water. Remove from heat. Add 1 stick of butter. Stir until melted. Add 2 or 2 1/2 cups raw oats. Mix well and drop by spoonful on wax paper.
