CHEEZY, CRUSTY CHILI
CASSEROLETTES
 
4 c. chili, homemade or purchased
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
4 c. ritz cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place chili in small, individual casserole dishes and fill each dish halfway. Layer grated cheese to cover top of chili, then a layer cracker crumbs. Continue with thin layers of chili and ending with cheese and cracker crumbs. Place casserole dishes in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheezy, crusty layer is done.
