SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 saltine crackers
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
Ritz crackers

Cook squash and drain. Pour in casserole dish mixing one can of cream of chicken soup. Cut up onion into small pieces. Mix with squash. Crush saltines. Add cheese and eggs and mayonnaise; mix well. Crush Ritz crackers on top of mixture; dab with butter. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
