COCONUT PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked 8 or 9 inch pie shell
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. pecans

Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Add remainder of ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
