PINEAPPLE-BANANA DELUXE SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
Lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add 7-Up. When partly congealed, add pineapple, marshmallows and sliced bananas. When completely set, spread on topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1 egg, beaten
1 c. whipping cream or Milnot
Grated cheese

Blend sugar and flour. Add juice and beaten egg. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. When cooled add whipping cream. Spread over gelatin mixture and top with grated cheese.
