BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
CAKE MIX:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

FILLING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix separately. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full with cake mix. Spoon filling in center of each cupcake. Sprinkle top with sugar (I don't). Bake 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
