BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh blueberries dusted with 2 tbsp. sugar

Mix eggs, sour cream and oil. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Mix berries gently into batter. Fill 12 muffin papers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Dip top into melted butter.
