PEANUT BUTTER TEMPTATIONS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
48 peanut butter cups
"Mini"-muffin pans (1 3/4 inch diameter)

Cream peanut butter, butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients, stir into main mixture until blended. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place in greased tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. IMMEDIATELY press a peanut butter cup in each. Cool 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from pans.
