HAM SANDWICH 
1 c. coleslaw salad mix or mixed salad (combination found in produce section)
2-3 tbsp. nonfat or low-fat Ranch dressing
1/4 c. chopped tomato
2 slices (1 oz.) baked ham
1 whole wheat pita bread

Combine coleslaw mix with dressing and toss in chopped tomatoes. Cut pita bread in half. Place 1 slice ham in each half. Fill with salad mixture.
