HAM AND POTATO SALAD 
5 c. potatoes, diced
2 1/2 c. ham, diced
2 1/2 c. celery, diced
3 eggs (hard boiled)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Cook potatoes until tender, cool. Add celery, eggs and ham. Blend mayonnaise, mustard and pepper together. Gently mix in with potatoes.
