PEACH SOUFFLE SALAD 
6 oz. (12 serving) orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. peach juice, or peach nectar
3 c. sliced peaches

1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add peach juice or peach nectar.

2. Add sliced peaches to 2/3 of the Jello.

3. Chill remaining 1/3 Jello until syrupy.

4. Beat until fluffy and pour over peaches and Jello, which has set. Feeds 12 people.
