TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans tuna
1 pack onion soup
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Potato chips for garnish
1/2 box med. shell noodles

Prepare noodles. Do not overcook. Melt butter in frying pan; add milk, careful not to boil; stir in flour. Add cheese to white sauce; when it is melted and smooth, add onion soup, tomatoes, tuna and salt and pepper. In bottom of greased 2 1/2 quart casserole, put 1/3 of sauce, then 1/2 of noodles. Continue to layer. On top, crumble 1 small bag of approximately 1/2 cup potato chips. (I like UTZ best for this.)
